At Urban Kingdom, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom t-shirts. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t turn out as expected. Custom printed items, underwear, hats, accessories, and all clearance items are Final Sale items.

Custom Orders:
Custom t-shirts, including those with personalized designs, are made to order. As a result, we can exchange or offer store credit only within two (2) weeks with the receipt and tag attached. We do not accept worn or used items.
Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective t-shirt or the wrong design, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will offer a replacement or store credit, depending on your preference. To ensure a smooth process, please provide clear photos of the issue. Please note: the tags must be attached, order # or receipt provided, and the item must be unworn.
Size Issues:
We recommend double-checking the sizing chart before placing your order to ensure the correct size. If you’re unsure about the size, feel free to reach out to us for assistance. We cannot accept returns due to size-related issues.
Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Cancellation:
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, production of the custom item will begin, and cancellations will not be accepted.
